Math for the Health Sciences is a one semester course teaching real-world mathematical applications, including dosage calculations. Subjects covered include dimensional analysis, metric system, and important mathematical concepts to those entering the health professions. It presents a straighforward approach to the mathematical calculations used in clinical setting. Students will also be introduced to basic statistics. A scientific calculator is required.
