These last courses are the continuation of study in drawing, painting, printmaking, ceramics, metal, and visual communication design. With the aid of technology, students develop concept, complete a body of work, and creatively present and install their work. A professional level of performance is emphasized throughout the year, culminating in an exhibition of the student’s artwork. Students are encouraged to use their art as a means to express what they hold important, not only for themselves but for the larger community; also encouraged is networking and involvement in service to the community. Open to art majors only.
