Administering the EC Program 3.00 01/14/2019 05/11/2019 Lecture
Examines principles and practices of administration,
with emphasis on licensing and accreditation rules; ethical decision-
making; the administrator's responsibilities
for development and implementation of policies
and procedures, including staff evaluation;
collaborative consultation with staff,
parents and community agents;
program organization; staff development; and
interaction between the home and school. Includes
10 hours of field-based experience. Prerequisites:
EDL 101, 201, 210, 220; EDE 240,
270, 350.
