This course provides a working knowledge of the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure and their applicability in the day-to-day practice of law, including pleadings, motions, and other papers. The student learns how to draft various legal documents, and obtains a working knowledge of the court systems. Civil Procedure lays a foundation for most of the other substantive legal subjects in the program. Prerequisite: PL 103 Personal Injury.
