The HPMR course enables the student to apply fundamental concepts to the diagnosis and management of common acute and chronic health problems in the adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. It emphasizes the use of healing interaction communication combined with principles of diagnostic reasoning and advanced therapeutic management of common acute and chronic health problems of the adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient and their families. Integration of pathophysiology, assessment, and pharmacology will be necessary. Prerequisites: NR 615.
