This course explores underlying mechanisms of the pathogenesis of human disease as a consequence of aberrations at the cellular and molecular level. Prerequisite: This course anticipates that students have previously mastered fundamental concepts of cell biology and college chemistry and have begun to relate these concepts to the pathogenesis of human disease.
